Solution

Type

Determines what type of Solution it is. This setting overides the type setting of the base Entry. The current options are listed below:

Status

This determines the current Status of the Solution link. Click Status for more details.

User Status

This determines the current User Status of the Solution link. Click User Status for more details.

Accepted

This shows whether the Owner of the Entry considers this Solution to be acceptible. This is an informational only field, and currently does not change the behavior or functionality of the Solution link. This can be changed by the current Entry Owner only.

Exclude Solution

This determines how the Solution is shown in the Home page, or when Inclusive is selected for other Locations. The default is False, which means that the Solution will be shown in the Home Page and in higher level Locations when Inclusive is selected. If set to True, the Solution will not be shown in any Location other than its Entry linked Location/s.
